rental business

Do I need to own the plot?

“Do I need to own the plot?” – this question often pops up in the considerations of our clients who want to start a hotel business based on tiny houses. The advantage of tiny houses among other creative hotel developments is that they can be set up in non-obvious locations, not previously considered for hotels or even on rented plots.

Microhotel business based on tiny houses

The new business model based on tiny houses on wheels relies on a three-way benefit. The parties benefiting are:

  • the owner of the rental cabin,

  • the owner of the land (landlord)

  • and the guests staying at the micro hotel.

Renting a plot of land speeds up the start of a hotel investment, plus allows flexibility of changing the location of the micro hotel.

What is your dream location for a micro hotel?

5 steps to your REDUKT house

Tiny house is not only a compact apartment, but also a way of life that combines functionality with mobility and sustainable development. A small trailer house saves space and costs, provides freedom and flexibility. As an experienced manufacturer of tiny houses on wheels in Poland, we present a short guide for those who want to start their adventure with REDUKT mobile houses.

Step 1: Planning

The first step is to determine your needs and preferences, as well as the purpose of the house. Will the tiny house serve as a permanent place of residence or as a mobile recreational space? Or maybe as a micro hotel located on a picturesque plot away from the hustle and bustle of the city? Choosing the right trailer and the size of the house will be crucial for further design decisions.

Step 2: Design

At this stage, we work with the client to select the most appropriate model from our basic offer or to create an individual tiny house project tailored to his needs. We consider the layout of rooms, the use of space, interior finishing elements and technical aspects such as electrical and plumbing installations. If the house is to be located on a plot without access to utilities, we also decide which off-grid systems will most effectively support the autonomous functioning of the house.

Step 3: Customization

Each customer can choose additional individual options, such as custom-made furniture or details and accessories, e.g. blinds and sofa cushions. We also offer the installation of systems for thermal comfort, security and remote control, which will make the tiny house perfectly suited to the needs of users.

We use high-quality, certified building materials and pay attention to every detail to ensure the solidity of the structure and the aesthetics of the home's interior. Our tiny houses are designed to be energy efficient and have a low environmental impact.

Glamping in a tiny house

Tent vacations in the woods or at a campground are usually seen as roughing it. But you don't have to give up the comforts of a hotel to enjoy the great outdoors. A new trend called glamping or exclusive camping is catching on in Poland and Europe.

Luxury camping

Glamping lets you enjoy the outdoors while still having all the comforts of home. It includes luxury tents with extra gear, yurts and cabins on wheels

Wooden mobile houses are a great acommodation for glamping because they can be placed in locations that are hard to get to and that aren't obvious.

REDUKT houses as micro hotels in the forest

REDUKT offers micro hotels in the wilderness. REDUKT  tiny houses on trailers can be parked on beautiful plots of land and don't require a building permit. They're small but have everything you need for comfortable stays: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a rest zone with sleeping place for 2-6 people and a bathroom with shower, as well as air conditioning or a wood stove. They can also be equipped with off-grid systems and appliances that let you run them on plots without access to utilities, like solar panels and a water tank. Our REDUKT houses are great for both private and business use. We build them from natural, certified materials, so they’re environment- and resident-friendly homes.

Glamping in houses on wheels

Companies like Raus, Bento Houses and Unyoked are gaining a lot of followers for stays in micro apartments that are away from the hustle and bustle of cities. Getaway Houses and Raus are developing a true network of cabin rentals that are immersed in green surroundings. They are attracting more and more guests who want to reconnect with nature and at the same time relax in comfort and ease.

We need to spend more time close to nature, with limited access to the outside world. We spend our days in crowded cities, dividing our attention between social media and reality. It's only when we taste the tranquility that reconnecting with nature brings that we realize this very need.

Glamping is one way to solve this problem.

If you're looking for a way to relax and escape the city, you might want to check out our cabins at @bento_houses or @raus.life.
