This house has a simple, modern design with a gable roof. We have designed several zones within it, allowing everyone to find their own space and privacy. It has a bright living room connected to an annexe and a distinctive second room that can be used as a bedroom, office or relaxation area. There is also a sleeping mezzanine with a desk. The use of natural materials enables the house and its occupants to blend in easily with the surrounding nature.

The ECHO features double glass doors that open into a spacious, open-plan living area and kitchen. The large, functional kitchen offers full-size, spacious cabinets, a hob, refrigerator, and sink, with pre-planned space for an oven and dishwasher.
The kitchen flows into the living area, where an L-shaped sofa serves as a place to relax and dine. This sofa also has hidden storage boxes, and a clever wall unit provides additional shelving.
To the right, alternating tread stairs with an integrated storage unit lead to a mezzanine with a double mattress. This area is designed for maximum height and includes an extra cabinet at the back. When facing the living area, the headboard of the bed can double as a desk.
Beneath the mezzanine is a unique feature of this home: a separate space with a height of about 170 cm. While lower than a traditional room, it is fully functional and can accommodate a double mattress, a desk, and an armchair. This area can be closed off for privacy, making it an ideal, isolated bedroom for children, with safe, direct access.
Standard storage includes spacious drawers under the bed and shelves. If a wood-burning stove is not installed, a wardrobe and dressing table can be added.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, and a sink set in a cabinet that provides space for a washing machine.
Large, double-glazed doors and windows with high-quality aluminum frames are a standard feature, providing ample natural light and beautiful views.
Like other REDUKT models, the interior walls and furniture are made of natural plywood, creating a luxurious, minimalist, nature-inspired feel. The exterior is clad in spruce boards, with both interior and exterior finishes available in a variety of colors.
Built on a ready-to-register trailer, the ECHO is mobile and can be easily transported. It can also function to a limited extent without external infrastructure, as solar panels, a small battery, and a water tank can be installed. Off-grid equipment is discreetly placed in boxes under the sofa, as there is no separate technical room.
All REDUKT homes come standard with a winter package for year-round use, which includes Wi-Fi-controlled heating (air conditioning and infrared floor heating) and an automatic water system with freeze protection.
