However, for some people, this is just the beginning of the process of determining what they really need in their dream home. Some customers come to us with their own creative ideas, personal inspirations or plots of land that require a highly individual approach.

As an experienced producer of tiny houses on wheels on the European market, we specialise in working with individuals and companies who either have a strong vision or simply haven't found the home they are looking for. Our architect will help you create a unique house design or adapt one of our existing models to your specific requirements.

We can design from scratch or modify existing designs especially for you.

We can combine layouts, move walls, change window sizes, adjust functionalities and suggest colour schemes.

We also provide comprehensive advice on material and component selection, for example when increased durability is required for rental properties.

We can develop your ideas into concrete solutions, whether you need them for yourself or for guests.

We optimise these designs so that they continue to fulfil their functions, such as the ability to transport houses on roads.

Individual designs are subject to an additional fee. The price depends on the scope of work.

Due to the additional time required for design and coordination of such production, we only take on a few individual projects per year.

Determining your needs

Preparing the plan

We will determine the scope of work, cost estimates, production and payment schedules, and any other details necessary for the project to be completed successfully.

Design

We prepare an individual design. Online meetings with the architect. After the design is completed, a final cost estimate is prepared. The process takes 6-10 weeks.

Production

The construction of your tiny house usually takes 12-16 weeks. You can visit us to check on the progress of the work.

Delivery

Once completed, the mobile home undergoes all necessary inspections. You can either pick it up yourself or have it delivered by our trusted transport company.
