Mobile homes REDUKT

What does this mean for you?

Built from materials that are not suitable for the intensive use of rental properties

For over a decade, we have been testing and selecting the most durable, high-quality materials and solutions that are both suitable for intensive rental use and cost-effective.

Choosing a REDUKT tiny house offers several key advantages, from lower long-term costs to easier management.

There are no specific solutions for those interested in renting or hotel operators.

To streamline maintenance, we've incorporated special technical rooms and smart features. These include smart locks, automated systems to prevent pipes from freezing, Wi-Fi-controlled heating, and real-time electricity production tracking.

Our homes are designed for durability, which means lower long-term operating costs and fewer maintenance issues, even with intensive use. This translates to more effective rental days and less downtime.

There are no smart solutions, or they are limited.

A full range of smart solutions, including smart locks, automatically activated systems to prevent freezing of installations, Wi-Fi-controlled heating, and electricity production tracking.

We make managing your rental property easier. With our smart features, you can control key systems remotely without having to be on-site. Our design also allows for maintenance and repairs to be carried out even when guests are present, reducing service time.

Design is not prioritised, architects are not always involved in the project and the homes are not distinctive in terms of their appearance.

Our homes blend superior design with eco-friendly principles and practical choices that enhance quality and comfort. Each detail is carefully considered by our in-house architect.

REDUKT houses stand out with their unique, architect-designed appearance. This distinct aesthetic can lead to more bookings and higher guest ratings, boosting your return on investment.

They have no off-grid options or are not fully self-sufficient.

Every model can also be equipped to be completely self-sufficient in terms of energy, heating, and water.

Our off-grid option is not just about saving money on utilities; it's the ideal solution for setting up a home in beautiful, remote locations where a standard connection to infrastructure is difficult or impossible.

Materials: Durability and Sustainability

Wood is a renewable resource – in both structure and cladding we use only FSC-certified materials.

Interior walls and furniture are crafted from premium, certified poplar plywood.

The frames of our windows and doors are made of aluminium – durable and almost entirely recyclable.

Certified steel chassis allow our houses to be placed virtually anywhere without the need for concrete foundations, which irreversibly alter the environment.

Frequently asked questions

If you still haven't found the answer to your question and don't want to contact us directly yet, please read the answers below or visit our blog, where we discuss many practical topics related to tiny houses.

Yes, REDUKT is a European manufacturer operating since 2017 in Poland. Our factory and office are located in Kościan, in the Wielkopolska province. Our mobile homes are built with the help of trusted local family businesses that share our passion for mobile solutions. In terms of materials and components, we carefully select high-quality components from respected European brands. We prioritize those that are locally sourced and manufactured.

Absolutely! Our homes on wheels are designed for intensive use, including in a rental-oriented business model. Thanks to their mobile construction, they can be easily relocated, e.g., depending on the season. Off-grid variants and smart systems for remote control are available. We use durable materials and solid equipment that can withstand frequent use. For more details, see our investor guide.

Of course. Our homes on wheels are designed for year-round use. We insulate them with natural materials such as mineral wool, sheep’s wool, and wood fiber. Comfort in winter is ensured by infrared heating foils and an air conditioner with a heating function, and a wood-burning stove can be installed as an option. The water system has a frost protection system, and all functions can be controlled remotely.

The prices of our mobile homes start at EUR 63.500. They offer many benefits: a structure made of durable materials, high-quality equipment, off-grid options, and smart systems. Each project is distinguished by a unique design by an architect, which increases its attractiveness, especially in the case of rental investments. Our homes are the choice for those who expect durability, reliability, and comfort for many years.

Yes. We offer off-grid houses on wheels, i.e., fully independent of external electricity and water networks. We equip them with a solar installation with a battery and inverter, a wood-burning stove, a 400-liter water tank with filters and a pump, a composting toilet, and a gas installation. This allows you to use your home anywhere, without having to connect to any infrastructure.

It all depends on how it is constructed and used. If the house on wheels is mounted on an approved, registered trailer, it is considered a vehicle with a cargo, so no permit or notification is required. However, if it is permanently fixed to the ground, building regulations apply – depending on the area, a notification or permit will be required. We describe the details in this article LINK

Yes. Our mobile homes are mounted on O2 category truck trailers, which can be registered throughout the EU. The house itself is treated as cargo fitted to the trailer, which means it can be transported on the roads. The trailer must be registered, with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons, dimensions of up to 2.55 m wide and 4 m high with the trailer, and a category B+E driving license is required.

We organize the transport of mobile homes directly to the designated plot of land. We determine the details of the route in advance to ensure that it is possible to enter with a trailer or truck. In hard-to-reach, picturesque locations, the last section of the route can be covered by a tractor. Larger structures are transported on special low-floor trucks.

A REDUKT mobile home with a trailer usually weighs about 3.5 tons when fully equipped. Off-grid versions, due to additional installations, may exceed this weight – we discuss this with the customer on a case-by-case basis. For transport, you need a car with a tow bar approved for 3.5 tons, e.g., selected models of pickups, buses, or SUVs. The driver should have a B+E driver’s license.

Yes. The design of our mobile homes allows them to be removed from the trailer and placed on a special frame or other stable foundation that provides adequate rigidity. We do not recommend placing the tiny house directly on the ground, as this may adversely affect the durability of the structure and comfort of use.
